ACF / Professional Chef's Association of  South Jersey. 

Will sponsor a Crab Cake Contest May 13th at our

monthly Meeting at The Tropicana Casino Hotel.

  

 

 There will be two Categories; A Culinary professional Category, and

A Non -Professional Culinary Enthusiasts Category.

1. The Professional Category is open to all our ACF / PCASJ Members to Compete for three Cash Prizes.

1st Place Prize $500.00

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              2nd Place Prize $250.00   

3rd Place Prize $125.00 

  2. The Culinary Enthusiasts will be open to all Non - Professional and

They will compete for three prizes.

1st place prize 1 full year Culinary Enthusiasts membership in our Chapter and will get an ID card

And a year subscription of The National Culinary Review and will be entitle to come to our monthly meeting.

2nd place prize winner will get a Gift Certificate for a personalize Chef Coat

3rd Place Prize winner will get two logo golf shirts and a golf hat .
